| Initial Visit & Survey |
| Our Design Consultant will visit you at a convenient time in order to discuss your requirements. There is no pressure, just friendly and helpful, but skilled and professional advice, testimonials from our long list of satisfied customers will confirm this. Once your specific requirements have been established, we will supply you with a quotation. Should you decide to proceed with Fortress, we will arrange for our Technical Surveyor to carry out a survey for the purpose of taking precise measurements for manufacture to ensure a trouble free installation. |

| Fortress provides a 10 year guarantee on all installations, in addition, we offer a 10 year insurance backed guarantee which is covered by IPWFI which means that, should, in the unlikely event, Fortress cease trading, our guarantee would be honoured by the insurance company. As a member of FENSA all our window and door installations have to meet the appropriate building standards for our industry and comply fully with their code of practice. |
